How the Program Works

• Mentees and Mentors are matched based on shared needs and resources.  The Mentoring committee is responsible for interviewing and matching candidates.  many of the mentors are in leadership opportunities within their organization.
• Program is voluntary and commitment is for 12 months.
• The frequency of meeting and the goals of the relationship are established by the participants.
• MCWT Mentoring committee is a resource for information and providing a framework for the relationship and networking support with other mentoring teams.
