MCWT Connect-Net Network Forums are informal, interactive events allowing members to easily plug into an inclusive and influential network. High-caliber students, professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, leaders, and people in transition from all backgrounds, industries and educational institutions attend for social, personal, and professional development and growth. Connect-Net promotes strong group dynamics, collaboration and leadership cultivation while also encouraging application of topics through active participation, facilitators and guest speakers.
This program is presented by volunteer members of the MCWT events committee. MCWT is the premier association for women in Michigan's technology community. It welcomes members who want to network with like-minded professionals in the technology arena, share hopes and practical issues, and find answers to business and personal career-oriented challenges. During this month's Connect-Net event, participants will learn about the latest impact mobile technology is having on Michigan's IT industry and how it's driving more career opportunities. Linda Daichendt, award-winning blogger and executive director of the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan, will lead the discussion. Daichendt also is co-founder of Mobile Monday Michigan that brings together the mobile industry to grow Michigan's economy.
